- Tickets are available to purchase online and from our clubhouse.
- Entry only permitted with valid ticket; you must present your ticket QR code for entry (either in print or digital format)
- All tickets must be valid for the date(s) of purchase
- Tickets are non refundable. Refunds due to the cancelation of all or part of the event are at the discretion of the Festival organisers.
- Wrist bands will be allocated to all adults on entry and must be worn at all times.
- You will not be served without a valid wrist band.
- Free entry for under 18'saccompanied by a responsible adult.
- If you loose your wristband you will need to pay for a new ticket.
- You are not permitted to bring your own food or drink into the festival.
- Attendees and any baggage will be searched on entry to the festival.
- No under 18s will be allowed access after 8pm.
- The festival organisers/security staff have the right to refuse access or ask persons to leave the festival
- Alcohol can only be purchased with tokens which will be available from inside the festival grounds. These tokens are non refundable and can be purchased via cash or card.
- The marquee is a non smoking area
- The festival is aimed at community and music - it is replacing the former 'Bill Quay Beer Festival' and therefore, only a small selection of 'ales' will be available on draft
- Bottles and cans will be the main source of beverage - other than a selection of a few draft ales
- There is no car parking facilities at the venue, please use public transport or walk to the festival
- Please leave the festival in a quiet and orderly fashion as requested to show respect to our neighbours
